- increase international travel opportunities (study abroad, January Term, internships, service and volunteer projects)
- develop internationally focused courses (on and off campus)
- encourage faculty-student collaborative research endeavors abroad
- develop exchange programs and consortiums with select institutions to bring foreign students to AC and to increase the number of AC students at institutions in other countries
- create curricular mechanisms to encourage students to participate in cross-cultural experiences
- obtain designated funds to ensure equal opportunities for all students to gain international experiences
- obtain designated funds to foster faculty development for international education
- create a centralized office for international education
